In my practice, I use systemic procedures with behavioural therapeutic influences according to current neuroscientific knowledge.

Maybe you are particularly under strain and desire some support and change. In trustful individual sessions, I will accompany you step by step with your wishes and goals.
Maybe you have the feeling to go in circles again and again as a couple, where e.g. miscommunication and conflicts make the WE difficult or maybe so much has happened. In a trustful atmosphere, you and your partner have the opportunity to communicate your wishes and needs, to deal constructively with conflicts and to take new courses of action.
When family life is mostly about problems and you simply can't find peace as a family. In an atmosphere of trust, you are given the opportunity to break new ground, develop practical solutions and breathe a sigh of relief together
Therapeutic sessions can help find solutions and relief that fit you. In our sessions, you will find space for yourself and your concerns and together I accompany you step by step to solve blockades and conflicts and to find new ways of action that suit you. The aim of the sessions is a long-term increase in your well-being whether individually, as a couple or as a family.
In order to discuss your concerns, I cordially invite you to a noncommittal first meeting. The duration of the first meeting is 60 minutes. The frequency and duration of further therapy sessions will depend on your needs and will be discussed during the initial consultation.
The billing is done as self-payer. You benefit that you receive appointments without a waiting time and that your data will not be passed on to your health insurance, for example. Psychotherapy according to HPG (Heilpraktiker Gesetz) can be covered in parts by private health insurance. It is helpful to clarify this with your health insurance beforehand. Of course, I am subject to confidentiality.
